This team is responsible for live sound, computer projection and production elements. Training is provided. This is a serve team perfect for anyone with an ear for sound, an eye for video or who enjoys contributing in a creative and technical way.

First Impressions Team

Ready to make a difference on Sunday mornings? Our First Impressions ministry has a place for you! Whether you enjoy greeting visitors at the door, serving hot coffee and donuts, or keeping services running smoothly as an usher, you can help create a warm, welcoming environment at CTK Vineyard. Can you sing or play an instrument? The Worship team facilitates a powerful and authentic worship experience for people to encounter God through the use of passionate and expressive vocals and instrumentation. Intake and audition process required.

Heaven Train

All Aboard the HeavenTrain!

Looking for a simple way to make a BIG difference? HeavenTrain is looking for INDIVIDUALS and GROUPS to help pack over 400 lunches every Friday afternoon starting May 1 through November for the children of Greater Cleveland.

God’s Special Friends is an outreach that has been part of Christ the King Vineyard Church for over 30 years.  It is a ministry to the special needs residents in our community and beyond.  Ages vary from teens to senior citizens, with a wide range in ability levels.

Kid Min

Sunday morning Kids Ministry meets during the 10 am service.
  • Seedlings: Toddlers ages 18 months- 3 years.
  • Sprouts: Preschool children ages 3 years- Kindergarten
  • Treehouse: Elementary school age children, Kindergarten- 4th grade
  • Ignite: 5th and 6th graders

Youth Ministry

Tuesday in the Youth Center from 6:30 to 8:30 PM
  • 1st & 3rd Tuesday: Bible Study
  • 2nd & 4th Tuesday: Youth Service
  • Each month, there is a planned fun activity like bonfires, apple picking, scavenger hunts, game nights, and Cedar Point.
  • We go on two retreats per year, November & February. We also have a Middle School Camp in June and a High School Leadership Camp, Project Timothy, in July!

Friendly team that welcomes people to CTK Vineyard at the front doors, church entrances, and at the Connection Center. Directs visitors to children’s sign in area, sanctuary, and other areas they may need.

Heaven Train

All Aboard the HeavenTrain!

Senior Food Boxes

Help us partner with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank

CTK Vineyard Church is partnering with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank to serve as a distribution site for the Senior Food Box Program!

Starting July 15, CTK Vineyard will receive 80 Senior Food Boxes each month for distribution on the third Wednesday of the month from 4:30–6:30 PM.

The Senior Food Box Program provides eligible seniors with a 35-pound box of nutritious food, including fresh produce and shelf-stable items such as milk, juice, canned meat, pasta, rice, peanut butter, canned vegetables, and a 2-pound block of cheese.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a Cuyahoga County resident
  • Must be age 60 or older
  • Must have a household income at or below 150% of the federal poverty level (adjusted for household size)

This ministry fills an important need in our community, as there is currently only one Senior Food Box distribution site between the Lorain County line and Old Brooklyn.

Volunteers are needed to set up, distribute and clean up on July 15. Two shifts are available: 3:30-5:30pm or 5:00-7:00pm. Can you help? Use the communication card or email Pastor Rebekah at rebekah@ctkchurch.org.

God's Special Friends

Serving special needs residents in our community and beyond

God’s Special Friends is an outreach that has been part of Christ the King Vineyard Church for over 30 years.  It is a ministry to the special needs residents in our community and beyond.  Ages vary from teens to senior citizens, with a wide range in ability levels.  

Our purpose is to make Christ’s love and salvation real to each person- God’s Special Friends as well as the staff.  We want them to recognize and feel His presence in everyday life, to see the beauty of His creation all around them, and to show His love to others.

We do this through:

  • Providing Christian Fellowship. We come together to worship, talk, share in activities, crafts, a Pot Blessing dinner once a month and a snack and beverage each week.
  • Prayer. We begin and end each meeting with prayer.  All of our God’s Special Friends are so faithful in praying for each other. 
  • Bible Teaching and Crafts.  We illustrate God’s Word in many ways through stories, Christian movies, music, crafts, games and puppetry.  We invite special guests from different walks of life.

2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Wednesdays of the Month

September – May in Luther Hall
